Darren brings 25 years of leadership experience, from teaching and outdoor education to a decade as CEO of Emu Gully Adventure Education Group, where he led the organisation through rapid growth, COVID, significant cultural transformation, and eventually personal burnout and complete surrender.
That journey, including the diagnosis of major depressive disorder and his eventual surrender, became the foundation of both his book and the LifeRoad Leadership Pathway. Darren doesn't teach from theory. He teaches from the road.
