As Founder and Director at LifeRoad, Darren Copland is backed by an impressive 25-year track record in team building and leadership training.

Darren's career has been a captivating journey, starting with a strong focus on education, where he dedicated significant years to shaping minds and characters in schools. His passion led him to explore the transformative power of experiential education using the outdoor classroom to instill invaluable life skills. Darren honed his facilitation expertise through activities and events that promoted teamwork, effective communication, and personal growth.

​Previously, as the dynamic CEO of Emu Gully Adventure Education Group, Darren shifted his focus to organisational leadership and business development. He spearheaded a mission to grow individuals, build cohesive teams, and train visionary leaders. The organisation stands as a testament to Darren's unwavering dedication to making a positive impact on people's lives. His strategic vision and commitment to excellence propelled Emu Gully to the forefront of adventure education, setting new standards for organisational leadership and forging a reputation across South-East Queensland and beyond.​

It was only natural that demand for his services was extended from other areas, and as a result, LifeRoad was born.
