THE LONG RUN is centred around running a marathon or a long-distance event of your choice. This might be a marathon, a half marathon, a 10km or 5km run. Distance is not the issue, or the real challenge!

Training for and completing your event is the tool for the ultimate learning experience. By joining THE LONG RUN, you are invited to tackle some of life’s tougher challenges. We will explore the power of setting goals, being accountable to others, and how to overcome obstacles. We will also learn to address our inner stories and limiting beliefs and how to become the best version of ourselves, not just in the physical arena, but in all areas of life, from work, to family, to leisure.

THE LONG RUN INCLUDES:

·        16 Week facilitated program

·        8 online group coaching sessions (1 per fortnight)

·        Weekly one-on-one connection with Darren – Director and Key Facilitator

·        Weekly videos and posts

·        Access to an interactive and encouraging community via What’s App

For those in the local Toowoomba area, THE LONG RUN may also include:

·        Regular group training runs by negotiation
